CANCELLATION POLICY
A credit card is required to make reservations. For cancellations made less than 24 hours prior to your appointment, a 50% charge of service price will be applied.
ATTIRE
Towels, robe, sandals, essential amenities and a locker will be provided for your use during most of our services. Professional draping techniques are practiced, but undergarments can be worn during most services. All
jewelry, with the exception of rings, should be removed before your services.
ARRIVAL TIME
Please arrive at least 15 to 30 minutes before your scheduled treatment. This will allow time for check-in, changing clothes and relaxing in the Hamman or lounge.
HEALTH CONDITIONS
Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies
or injuries that could affect your service when
making your appointment.
PAYMENT
We accept all major credit cards, personal checks
and cash. Spa services may also be charged to your
hotel room. Prices are subject to change. Greenleaf Hospitality Group gift cards are available for purchase
and can be used as payment.
ETIQUETTE
Spa guests must be 16 years or older. However,
salon services are available for all ages.
Room service is available during your visit to the spa/salon.
Guest comment cards are available to recognize employees and to help us improve our services.
To ensure relaxation for you and other guests we ask that all cell phones are turned off.
